Sony Pictures Animation Hires T.J. Fixman to Write ‘Popeye’

. Sony Pictures Animation and Arad Productions are bringing in T.J. Fixman to write Popeye, the latest adaptation of the beloved sailor man.


T.J. Fixman has mainly worked on video game productions as a writer and wrote the soon to be released Ratchet & Clank animated feature. It will be interesting to see how the upcoming Ratchet and Clank film will be received and what that reception could potentially mean for this film. At this point it’s hard to judge if he’s the right person for the job, but hopefully some of his upcoming projects turn out fantastic.
