Baby Rockstars will be a TV series?

A Blogspot of an animator named Mariano Gabriel Vidal who works on other animated movies, in the page says that he is doing a tv series in Mundoloco cgi. called "Rock'N'Rulo". This could be the new name for Baby Rockstars and would it mean that Baby Rockstars will not be a movie? or Rock'N'Rulo will be a tv series based on Baby Rockstars?

Thus, the company has announced a massive restructuring of its core feature animation business, focusing its feature production from three films per year down to two.
