The latest installment in Blue Sky’s Ice Age franchise now has a title (that you may or may not already know about) and a new release date.

Deadline recently reported that Ice Age 5 is now officially titled Ice Age: Collision Course. Some of you may have already suspected that this would be the official title, especially if you’ve seen this picture from this year’s Licensing Fair:

To go along with a new title, the film also has a new release date. Originally set for July 15, 2016, it has now moved over to July 22, 2016. This will spare the film from having to compete against Sony’s Ghostbustersreboot. That being said, their new date will pit them against Warner Bros.’ King Arthur movie, so they will still have to contend with a big summer blockbuster.
Mike Thurmeier, who co-directed the last two Ice Age films with Carlos Saldanha and Steve Martino respectively, will be co-directing this one with Galen T. Chu. Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, and Queen Latifah are expected to return.
